Abstract
TNG Investment and Trading Joint Stock Company specializes in manufacturing, processing and exporting garments. In recent years, to meet the expansion of the company's production scale, the demand for recruiting and employing workers has increased. However, a number of worker is still under-capability of working after training, resulting in waste of resources. To solve that issue at TNG Investment and Trading JSC, the study will focus on achievements, limitations, proposed system of solutions to improve the efficiency of work in the next period.
