THE DIRECTION OF THE CHAIRMAN IN THE COMMUNE/WARD PEOPLE'S COMMITTEE’S IMPLEMENTATION OF ADMINISTRATIVE REFORM

The article defines the responsibility of the chairman of the commune/ ward people's committee in directing the implementation of administrative reform in localities in the current period and analyzes the contents of directing the implementation of administrative reform by the chairman of the commune/ ward people's committee. The article defines the chairman of the commune/ ward people's committee’s role and analyzes five contents about the direction in the implementation of administrative reform of the chairman of communal level People's Committees.On the base of analyzing the contents of the direction of the chairman in the commune/ ward people's committee’s implementation of administrative reform, the article contributes to raising the effectiveness and efficiency of the State administrative management in local.
