The competition among universities in attracting students requires university leaders to pay attention to students’ voices, survey students' perceptions of training services provided by the universities to understand students’ expectation and demand. The research was conducted to assess the current situation of training service quality at the International School - Thai Nguyen University and its impact on students’ satisfaction. The research was carried out through a questionnaire survey of 220 students from the first to the fourth year selected by stratified random method. Research results indicate that the level of empathy, facilities, reliability, staff and responsiveness had positive effects on students’ satisfaction on the quality of training services at the International School - Thai Nguyen University.
