IMPROVING THE QUALITY OF RURAL CLEAN WATER AND SANITATION SERVICES, CONTRIBUTING TO THE CONSTRUCTION OF AN ENHANCED NEW RURAL AREA AND A MODEL NEW RURAL AREA IN HUNG YEN PROVINCE

Abstract

Rural clean water and sanitation service is one of the important contents in the construction of advanced new rural areas and model new rural areas in the localities in general and Hung Yen province in particular. The article uses the main method of comparison and descriptive statistics to reflect the current status of rural clean water and sanitation services in Hung Yen province. The study has proposed a number of basic solutions to improve the quality of rural clean water and sanitation services, contributing to the construction of improved new rural areas and model new rural areas in Hung Yen province: Promote propaganda for the use of clean water and environmental protection for the people; the province should have policies to encourage the socialization of rural clean water and sanitation services; localities to review and adjust specialized planning on rural clean water; rural clean water supply units need to operate and exploit effectively water supply works, ensuring the quality of water supplied to people; make plans for inspection, examination and supervision of clean water quality and environmental sanitation; build models of autonomy and self-management of environmental protection.
