Abstract


Consolidating the grassroots health network is a prerequisite for doing well in taking care of people's health. In which, human resources are the decisive factor to help the Medical Center fulfill the assigned task requirements. Assessing the current situation of human resources of the Medical Center of Trang Dinh district, Lang Son province from 2016-2018. Research method was cross-sectional description. The medical staff of the district health center has gradually increased over the years. In which, the number of doctors in 2016 was 11.47%, by 2018 there will be an increase of 4 doctors, reaching 12.78%, the number of officers with postgraduate qualifications will increase by 1 staff (accounting for 0.31%). Health workers with postgraduate qualifications are concentrated at the district level, there is no post-graduate staff working at the commune level. The proportion of human resources allocated to administrative management is higher than the requirement of Circular 08/2007. The medical staff is still lacking compared to the staffing norm by profession, the ratio of new doctors/nursers is approximately 1/2. The structure of medical staff by specialty is relatively reasonable (the ratio of administrative staff is 21.11%; paraclinical and pharmaceutical staff is 16.67% and clinical staff is 62.22%).
