Abstract


Hanoi is the economic, political, cultural and scientific center of the country. From 2015 to 2020, Hanoi’s Party Committee and government had adopted many policies and measures to develop hi-tech agriculture. Thereby, it had contributed to the restructuring of the city’s agricultural economy towards modernity and sustainability. The article aims to systematize and evaluate the process of the Party Committee of Hanoi city leading the development of high-tech agriculture over the years. With historical methods and logical methods combined with methods of synthesis, statistics, comparison, the article highlights the policy and results achieved in the process of the Party Committee of Hanoi city leading on high-tech development. Research results show that agriculture maintains its growth rate and restructuring towards commodity production, applying high technology; forming many models of agricultural production applying high technology; high-tech agriculture has created great resources to realize the goal of building a new countryside and improving people’s living standards. Thereby, it will contribute to the further development of hi-tech agriculture in the coming time.
