suitable for in vitro shoot regeneration, the rate of shoot regeneration reached 97.78%, the number of generated shoots per explants was 16.89. The frequency of submergence and the duration of submergence for rapid shoot multiplication in the RITA® temporary submerged culture system were 6 times/day and 1 minute, repectively. The multiplication coefficient of shoot reached 14.48 times. Knudson C Mineral Medium (1946) was suitable for rooting of in vitro shoots. The survival rate of plants in the nursery period after 4 weeks of planting was 100%.
