ANALYSIS OF THE DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION ACTIVITIES IN HA GIANG PROVINCE

Abstract


The article introduces the three pillars of Digital Transformation: Digital Government, Digital Economy, and Digital Society. Statistical analysis methods was used to provide research on the concept and urgency of the three pillars of Digital Transformation, thereby analyzing the current situation of digital transformation in Ha Giang province. After nearly a year of implementing the cooperation agreement, despite the complicated developments of the Covid-19 epidemic, the Steering Committee, Executive Board, Working Group of Ha Giang, and FPT Corporation have actively coordinated and worked with each other toonline exchange, survey, and assess Ha Giang's current digital transformation situation. Digital transformation is a comprehensive effort to align core processes and government services beyond traditional digitization efforts. Digital transformation evolves with a continuous transformation of analog to digital information for the entire policy, existing processes, and user needs leading to complete modification of living things and create new digital services. Outputs of digital transformation efforts focus on satisfying user needs, new ways of providing services, expanding the service user base.
