Abstract


Development of high-tech agriculture is an objective requirement to solve the difficulties of land, shrinking labor and climate change. From 2016 to 2021, the Party had many guidelines and solutions to develop hi-tech agriculture, considering it an important content of agricultural restructuring. It has not only contributed to the creation of many high-value agricultural products participating in the global value chain, but also created resources for building new rural areas. By the historical method and the logical method, combined with the method of synthesis, statistics, comparison, the article highlights the policy and results achieved in the process of the Party leading the development of high-tech agriculture and applying technology from 2016 to 2021. Research results have confirmed the correctness and creativity of the Party in leading the development of hi-tech agriculture in this period. At the same time, it draws on some experiences to apply to the development of hi-tech agriculture in Vietnam in the coming time.
