SOME FACTORS AFFECTING THE MANAGEMENT AND USE OF LAND IN AGRICULTURAL AND FORESTRY ENTERPRISES IN THAI NGUYEN PROVINCE

Abstract


The research was conducted with the aim of assessing some factors affecting the management and use of land in agricultural and forestry enterprises in Thai Nguyen province.The content of the study used the exploratory factor analysis method (EFA) and multivariate regression model with the selected sample of 100.Research results have identified 6 groups with 19 factors that affect the management and use of land in agricultural and forestry enterprises in Thai Nguyen province, including the group of land law and policy factors that have the greatest influence with coefficient β = 0.316;followed by a group of factors on the coordination of the work of the management agencies with β = 0.305;group of factors on business sectors characteristics with β = 0.285;the group of factors socio-economic conditions with the coefficient β = 0.212;the group of factors the qualification and capacity of staff in charge of management with the coefficient β = 0.181 and the group of factors facilities serving managementwith β = 0.129.On the basis of the analysis of the influencing factors, the study has proposed some solutions to strengthen the management and use of land in agricultural and forestry enterprises in the province such as: Improving the law related to the management and use of land in agricultural and forestry enterprises; Improve activities that change economic conditions and enhanced living standards for employees at agricultural and forestry enterprises; Innovating management methods for agricultural and forestry enterprises…
