Abstract


Dinh Hoa district has conditions to develop highyield and sustainable ecological agriculture. Both ensure food security in the area, create products and goods for domestic and export markets, and integrate with economies in the region and the world. The research results have evaluated the economic efficiency of different types of agricultural land use (LUT), the classification of economic indicators of each type of agricultural land use. From 51,351.90 ha of agricultural land of Dinh Hoa district, 9 types of land use and 7 economic efficiency criteria have been identified. On the basis of analyzing and assessing the advantages and limitations of development resources, and at the same time building solutions to overcome the shortcomings of previous plans, the research results contribute to improving the efficiency of the project. land assessment, land use planning of the district on all three aspects of economy, society and environment.
