Abstract
The education sector is implementing activities to develop new programs and textbooks after 2020; At the same time, the industrial revolution 4.0 has clearly affected education. Therefore, developing a teacher training program in the current context is really necessary. Thai Nguyen University of Education has been studying and developing a teacher training program in the direction of meeting the reform of general education in the 4.0 revolution and associated with general education in the midland region and the northern mountainous region. In this article, the author focused on the development of the general teacher training program in the current context of the school.
