EFFECTS OF PLANT GROWTH REGULATOR OF ROBINA LILY CULTIVARS IN HA GIANG PROVINCE

Abstract


Thien Nong plant growth regulator, promoting flowering in plants, has effective effects on growth, development and productivity of Robina lily cultivars in Ha Giang province. This plant growth regulators gave bigger stem diameter of the rootstocks (0.72 cm), 6.54 flower buds and 6.15 flowers per a plant. The percentage of first class flowers was 37.8% and 52.7% for second class. Only 9.5% was classified as third class flowers. The obtained yield of this lily cultivar after using Thien Nong plant growth regulator was 3,520,651,500 VND/ha, and this production was also evaluated as a high economic value. Therefore, it is recommended that Thien Nong plant growth regulator should be used for Robina lily cultivar production in Ha Giang province
