Objective: Describe the knowledge, attitudes and practices on HIV/ AIDS prevention and analysis of several factors related to the implementation of HIV/ AIDS prevention in Le Hong Phong senior secondary school students, Pho Yen, Thai Nguyen province in 2016 - 2017. Method: Cross sectional analysis study was conducted on 396 students in grades 10-12. Results: Of the 396 students studied, men (44.4%); female (55.6%). Ethnicity: Kinh accounts for 94.7%; The rest are ethnic minorities (5.3%). Percentage of students correctly understand the causes (86.9%); identifying the right path (29.8%); know the symptoms (10.9%). The proportion of students in general (53.8%); not injecting needles (99.2%); accurate practice accounted for 5.6%.
