Abstract

Lao Cai and data were processed through Excel software on computers with specific research methods such as descriptive statistics, statistical analysis, comparison to analyze and assess the current status of policy and support mechanisms. support from the province of La Cai on attracting investment capital. Analyzing and assessing the real situation of investment in infrastructure construction, administrative procedure clearance, ground clearance, inspection and post-investment inspection, ability to attract and use capital from Lao Cai province. From the mechanism, policies and support activities of the province, many investors / businesses with thousands of billions of VND have been invested in the area, contributing to creating a new face, increasing budget revenue and gradually increasing. High quality of both physical and spiritual life for the people of Lao Cai. The article also points out the limitations, existence and causes. Since then, the authors propose a solution group to attract and use investment capital for socio-economic development in Lao Cai province.
