ANALYSIS AND DETERMINE OPTIMAL DIMENSIONS FOR HYDRAULIC 1X SCISSOR LIFT

Abstract


The paper proposes a method to determine the optimal parameters in designing hydraulic scissor lift. Using numerical method and alternative model, dimensions for design and position of hydraulic cylinder are determined to ensure the optimum of working height and force in cylinder. The results obtained from the computation are intuitive, easy-to-handle graphs. The results show the advantages of using the alternative model when calculating so that it can build the optimal lift model.
