Abstract


It can be said that abuse of market dominance is the most serious and common phenomenon in the competition issues curently. In fact, a series of cases show signs of abuse of dominant position and monopoly on the market, such as the cases of increasingof 3G service fee by 3 Mobile network operators, Vinapco, Megastar, K + Tan Hiep Phat complained to the Vietnam Brewery Joint Venture Company, AB Tour complained to Anh Duong Company. The regulations on controlling the abuse of market dominance have been specified, detailed in the Competition Law 2004 and its guiding documents. However, the regulations on this field have revealed many shortcomings which need to be improved to enhance the effective enforcement.
