Abstract

With the development of industrialization and modernization, the role of the power supply system has become increasingly important. Researching and developing automatic transfer switch systems from the main power source to alternative backup sources to ensure stability is crucial. Nowadays, data centers, hospitals, and manufacturing plants require high levels of electrical safety and stability, with a zero tolerance for power outages. This paper presents the research results of designing a control system for two DIESEL generators applied in a factory. The control panel system has been constructed and practically tested, and its operating modes operate stably and accurately according to the specified algorithm flowchart. The system can amplify power to ensure compatibility with high-capacity systems, making it suitable for places with high requirements for electrical stability, especially in factory applications.
