Abstract


This article aims to delve into the scientific underpinnings of experiential learning approaches within the framework of teaching Economics and Law Education 10 in high schools across Ho Chi Minh City, aligned with the 2018 General Education Program. By doing so, it outlines a comprehensive process for organizing experiential learning sessions and presents a set of strategies to elevate the organizational prowess in teaching Economics and Law Education 10 through experiential methodologies. Based on the dialectical materialism methodology, the topic uses theoretical research methods such as analysis-synthesis, history-logic, and practical research methods such as sociological investigation, survey, statistics, and scientific experimentation. Through the process of experimentation and verification, the effectiveness and feasibility of pedagogical forms and measures are demonstrated. At the same time, it reinforces and affirms the theoretical and practical basis of the topic, as well as the positive effects of nurturing and developing students' abilities in teaching Economics and Law Education 10 at the high school.
