Abstract

Economic restructuring is an ongoing and intrinsic process that is shaped by the principles of economic development. Vietnam, in its pursuit of becoming a modern economy, must adopt specific measures to effectively integrate into the global market while ensuring sustainable development. This article employs various research methodologies, including statistical analysis, synthesis, and evaluation, to present a comprehensive overview of the current state of sectoral economic restructuring in Vietnam, highlighting achievements and limitations. Drawing from the insights gained, this study offers actionable solutions to implement economic structural transformation that aligns with the demands of integration and sustainable development in present-day Vietnam. These proposed solutions are derived from a careful analysis of the existing situation and take into account the specific requirements of the country's economic landscape. Importantly, the research findings demonstrate that these proposed solutions are in line with the orientations and policies set forth by the Party and the State, underscoring their relevance and potential effectiveness.
