Abstract

Currently, thanks to the application of information technology achievements, a series of time management applications have been created one after another to meet the needs of many individuals. But in general, the applications and methods have many limitations and have not really reached and brought a great role to users like Google Calendar. Through conducting an investigation and analyzing the current situation of students' time management, this article aims toproperly orient the method to effectively manage time for students with the Google Calendar application. To approach research, two main methods namely survey and document research are used. The study has proposed effective and scientific time management methods for students, and also pointed out some limitations that students have in time management. Thereby, this article is expected to popularize the Google Calendar tool to more students and create conditions to help them arrange their time more reasonably in their activities.
