RESEARCH ON IN VITRO REGENERATION PROCESS OF Citrus recutilata Blanco IN BAC KAN PROVINCE

Abstract

Research on in vitro regeneration process for Bac Kan province show that, it has been determined that the best efficiency would be achieved when seed is sterilised for 20 minutes in 60% javen solution. The MS environment added with 3.0 mg/l BAP and 1.5 mg/l IBA gives much higher number of soots per sample than the one added only with either BAP or kinetin. The best concentration for root generation from shoot is 0.5 mg/l α-NAA on basic MS added with 30 gr/l sucrose, 9 grs/l agar and 50 ml/l coconut water. The research result has formed the basis for application of technologies serving the quality improvement of Citrus recutilata  Blanco in Bac Kan province.
