Tóm tắt

Bài báo tập trung nghiên cứu thực trạng diễn biến thiên tai và những tác động của thiên tai đến sinh kế hộ gia đình khu vực miền núi phía Bắc Việt Nam. Nghiên cứu đã sử dụng phương pháp thu thập, phân tích và xử lý dữ liệu thống kê để phân tích tình hình thiên tai khu vực nghiên cứu và phương pháp điều tra, khảo sát thực tế để đánh giá những tác động của thiên tai đến 5 nguồn vốn của sinh kế hộ gia đình khu vực miền núi phía Bắc Việt Nam. Kết quả phỏng vấn 240 hộ gia đình tại 4 tỉnh Cao Bằng, Bắc Kạn, Lào Cai, Lai Châu cho thấy chỉ có nguồn vốn xã hội có xu hướng tăng lên, còn lại các nguồn vốn tự nhiên, con người, vật chất và tài chính đều bị ảnh hưởng theo chiều hướng xấu đi. Đây là cơ sở để nghiên cứu đề xuất các giải pháp phát triển sinh kế thích ứng với rủi ro thiên tai tại khu vực nghiên cứu.
