Xây dựng và phát triển văn hóa chất lượng tại các cơ sở giáo dục đại học đóng vai trò quan trọng, tác động trực tiếp đến toàn bộ hệ thống đảm bảo chất lượng của mỗi đơn vị. Văn hoá chất lượng thực chất là các chuẩn mực, các giá trị, các niềm tin, được sự đồng thuận và thống nhất cao của mọi thành viên trong tổ chức nhằm đạt được chất lượng. Nghiên cứu này nhằm mục đích đánh giá thực trạng xây dựng văn hoá chất lượng tại Trường Du lịch – Đại học Huế, xác định mức độ ảnh hưởng của các yếu tố cấu thành văn hoá chất lượng tại nhà trường thông qua việc thu thập ý kiến đánh giá của 101 cán bộ viên chức và người lao động. Kết quả phân tích nhân tố khám phá và mô hình hồi quy đã xác định 4 yếu tố ảnh hưởng đến việc xây dựng văn hoá chất lượng được sắp xếp theo thứ tự giảm dần bao gồm: i. Giá trị học thuật; ii. Giá trị nhân văn; iii. Giá trị văn hóa; iv. Giá trị cảnh quan và cơ sở vật chất. Từ kết quả đó, các tác giả đề xuất một số giải pháp nhằm xây dựng hoàn thiện và nâng cao văn hoá chất lượng của nhà trường trong thời gian tới.
