Tóm tắt

Công tác dân vận luôn giữ vai trò then chốt trong việc khơi dậy sức mạnh của nhân dân, xây dựng khối đại đoàn kết toàn dân tộc và đóng góp quan trọng vào thắng lợi của cách mạng qua các thời kỳ. Trong cuộc kháng chiến chống Mỹ, cứu nước, những kinh nghiệm về công tác dân vận từ chiến thắng Ba Tơ (11-3-1945) đã được Đảng kế thừa và vận dụng linh hoạt, trở thành yếu tố có tính quyết định trong việc huy động toàn dân tham gia kháng chiến, đánh bại một đối thủ vượt trội về tiềm lực quân sự. Thông qua việc vận dụng các phương pháp nghiên cứu như phương pháp lịch sử, logic, tổng hợp, phân tích và so sánh, bài viết đã làm rõ những kinh nghiệm quý báu trong công tác dân vận tại Ba Tơ và sự vận dụng của Đảng trong cuộc kháng chiến chống Mỹ, cứu nước trên chiến trường B2. Kết quả nghiên cứu không chỉ thể hiện tầm nhìn chiến lược của Đảng mà còn khẳng định vai trò đặc biệt của công tác dân vận trong việc củng cố niềm tin, phát huy sức dân, đồng thời đưa ra những gợi mở thiết thực cho công tác dân vận trong bối cảnh mới hiện nay.
