Tóm tắt

Tirzepatide đang nổi lên như một liệu pháp đầy hứa hẹn trong quản lý béo phì. Bài tổng quan hệ thống và phân tích tổng hợp này đánh giá hiệu quả và tính an toàn của tirzepatide ở người béo phì không mắc đái tháo đường. Nghiên cứu tìm kiếm dữ liệu trên PubMed, Google Scholar, Cochrane và ClinicalTrials.gov, xác định 5 thử nghiệm lâm sàng đối chứng ngẫu nhiên đáp ứng tiêu chí lựa chọn. Quá trình trích xuất dữ liệu và đánh giá chất lượng được thực hiện độc lập bởi 6 nhà nghiên cứu. Kết quả chính là hiệu số trung bình (MD) về thay đổi cân nặng với khoảng tin cậy 95% (CI). Phân tích thống kê sử dụng phần mềm R (phiên bản 4.4.2) với các gói meta và metafor. Kết quả phân tích tổng hợp cho thấy nhóm sử dụng tirzepatide giảm cân đáng kể so với giả dược (MD: -17,55 kg; 95% CI: -32,15 đến -2,95; p = 0,02; I² = 100%). Mặc dù có sự không đồng nhất cao (I² = 100%), các bằng chứng chỉ ra rằng tirzepatide là liệu pháp hiệu quả trong giảm cân ở người béo phì không mắc đái tháo đường. Cần có thêm các nghiên cứu để đánh giá tính an toàn lâu dài và xác định nhóm bệnh nhân hưởng lợi tối ưu.
