Tóm tắt

Hiện nay, ô nhiễm nguồn nước trở nên nghiêm trọng ảnh hưởng tới đa dạng sinh học ở lưu vực sông Thương. Do vậy, việc điều tra các loài thủy sinh vật ở đây góp phần cho xây dựng cơ sở dữ liệu và bảo tồn đa dạng sinh học. Trong khi đó, dữ liệu về các loài cá tại khu vực này còn chưa đầy đủ. Nghiên cứu nhằm ghi nhận thành phần loài cá đầu tiên tại lưu vực sông Thương thuộc địa phận tỉnh Bắc Ninh. Ba đợt khảo sát được thực hiện vào tháng 4, 8 và 12 năm 2024 tại 5 địa điểm đã ghi nhận 52 loài cá thuộc 42 giống, 22 họ và 9 bộ; trong đó, bộ Cypriniformes đa dạng nhất (27 loài). Mười loài cá có nguồn gốc từ biển cũng được ghi nhận ở đây. Hai loài (Pseudohemiculter dispar, Oreochromis mossambicus) được xếp vào nhóm sắp nguy cấp theo Danh lục đỏ của Liên minh Bảo tồn Thiên nhiên Quốc tế, và Pseudohemiculter dispar cũng nằm trong Danh lục Đỏ Việt Nam với cấp độ đe dọa tương tự; hai loài (Clupanodon thrissa, Megalobrama terminalis) thuộc Nhóm II theo Nghị định 26/2019/NĐ-CP. Sinh cảnh sông đa dạng hơn sinh cảnh ao, hồ và đồng ruộng. Tháng 8 ghi nhận số lượng loài cao nhất (35 loài). Kết quả nghiên cứu cung cấp cơ sở khoa học phục vụ công tác quản lý, bảo tồn và khai thác bền vững nguồn lợi cá tại địa phương.
