TỔNG QUAN NGHIÊN CỨU VÀ ĐỊNH HƯỚNG GIÁO DỤC ĐA VĂN HÓA TRONG CÁC TRƯỜNG ĐẠI HỌC VIỆT NAM

Trong bối cảnh toàn cầu hóa ngày càng sâu rộng, các trường đại học không chỉ là nơi truyền thụ tri thức, mà còn là không gian diễn ra sự tương tác và giao thoa giữa nhiều nền văn hóa khác nhau. Nghiên cứu sử dụng phương pháp nghiên cứu lí luận để thu thập phân tích những nghiên cứu về giáo dục đa văn hóa trên thế giới và Việt Nam nhằm thực hiện mục tiêu (1) tổng quan nghiên cứu về giáo dục đa văn hóa; (2) giáo dục đa văn hóa trong giáo dục đại học hiện nay; (3) định hướng phát triển giáo dục đa văn hóa trong các trường đại học Việt Nam. Kết quả nghiên cứu làm rõ vai trò của giáo dục đa văn hóa đối với việc giữ gìn và phát huy các giá trị văn hóa truyền thống, bồi dưỡng năng lực hội nhập và giao tiếp liên văn hóa cho sinh viên. Trên cơ sở đó, nghiên cứu đề xuất một số định hướng nhằm phát triển giáo dục đa văn hóa trong bối cảnh giáo dục đại học, nơi yêu cầu về hội nhập quốc tế ngày càng trở thành một yếu tố then chốt.
