Abstract


State management for trading tea products is the state government to use the tools, policies and laws in the process of performing the function of planning organizational leadership and business control to the tea products subject to management in order to achieve its objectives. Tea is one of the branded products in Tam Duong district, Lai Chau Province. It has always been the state authorities concern and focus on production and achieve the objective of sustainable poverty reduction, improving the lives of people in the province. Though, It has made certain achievements, but in the business management of this product is inadequate. Should give some solutions to create the basis to exploit all the potential of tea tree and improve the efficiency of business management of tea products in the district.
