APPLICATION OF THE LOCAL DATA SHEET BUILDING THE AREA OF LAND VALUE AND LAND PRICE MAP OF TRAN HUNG DAO, HA LONG CITY, QUANG NINH PROVINCE

Abstract

Tran Hung Dao is a ward located in the center of Ha Long City, with the advantage of a central ward of  relatively complete infrastructure and economic development. Above reasons were made difficulties for land management, as well as land prices in the reseach area. This research conducted the construction of a land value zone for land valuation and land management by using ArcGIS version 10.5 softwere. The result show that, the land value zone was built based on cadastral maps  for Tran Hung Dao ward according to the location of the roads. The results also were compared between the area of land value according to the regulation of land price andmarket of land price. This is a high-and practical land value database that can be applied in reality and consulted for other researches.
