Tóm tắt

Bài viết này nhằm mục đích phân tích thực trạng thích ứng của sinh viên năm thứ nhất với môi trường đại học Đồng Tháp. Để thực hiện nghiên cứu này, nhóm tác giả đã tiến hành khảo sát 255 sinh viên năm thứ nhất (62 nam, 193 nữ) đang học tại khoa Kinh tế theo phương pháp chọn mẫu cả khối. Kết quả nghiên cứu cho thấy đa số sinh viên năm thứ nhất thích ứng tốt với môi trường đại học Đồng Tháp ở cả bốn mặt là học thuật, xã hội, tình cảm và cam kết mục tiêu. Điều này cho thấy môi trường đại học Đồng Tháp khá thân thiện, thuận lợi cho việc học tập của sinh viên. Bên cạnh đó, nghiên cứu cũng chỉ ra được còn nhiều tiêu chí mà sinh viên chưa thật sự thích ứng tốt với môi trường Đại học Đồng Tháp. Kết quả này rất hữu ích trong việc cung cấp thông tin để các nhà quản lý giáo dục của khoa và nhà trường định hướng, hỗ trợ cho sinh viên trong việc học tập và rèn luyện.
