Tóm tắt

Bài viết phân tích những khó khăn, thách thức của các trường đại học ở Việt Nam trong bối cảnh chuyển đổi số lĩnh vực giáo dục đại học. Nhóm tác giả đã sử dụng phương pháp nghiên cứu tài liệu thứ cấp, phương pháp chuyên gia và phương pháp phỏng vấn sâu các nhà quản lý giáo dục đại học để tìm hiểu nguyên nhân của những khó khăn, bất cập trong công tác tổ chức và quản lý đào tạo. Nghiên cứu đã đề xuất các giải pháp nâng cao chất lượng đào tạo ở các trường đại học trên cơ sở phân tích kinh nghiệm quốc tế và tham vấn ý kiến của các chuyên gia giáo dục. Các giải pháp chủ yếu góp phần thay đổi nhận thức và tư duy, hoàn thiện thể chế, đổi mới mô hình quản trị và chương trình đào tạo, phát triển cơ sở dữ liệu phục vụ dạy và học nhằm nâng cao chất lượng đào tạo nguồn nhân lực cho cuộc cách mạng công nghiệp 4.0, trong đó nhấn mạnh đến người học phải là trung tâm của quá trình chuyển đổi số.
