Tóm tắt

Giáo dục dinh dưỡng cho trẻ mẫu giáo là vấn đề không đơn giản vì nó liên quan đến sự phát triển của trẻ, phương pháp sư phạm của giáo viên và sự thay đổi hành vi của trẻ. Mục tiêu của nghiên cứu này nhằm tìm hiểu các yếu tố tác động đến hiệu quả giáo dục dinh dưỡng cho trẻ mẫu giáo ở các trường mầm non cũng như tác động có thể có của chúng đối với kiến thức và hành vi về dinh dưỡng của trẻ lứa tuổi mẫu giáo. Phương pháp được sử dụng bao gồm phân tích, tổng hợp, thống kê, đánh giá… trên cơ sở nghiên cứu các tài liệu đã được xuất bản trực tiếp hoặc trực tuyến. Dữ liệu được thu thập bằng bảng câu hỏi khảo sát qua Google forms với 90 giáo viên dạy lớp mẫu giáo ở các tỉnh Điện Biên, Thái Nguyên và Cao Bằng. Kết quả nghiên cứu cho thấy giáo dục dinh dưỡng cho trẻ mẫu giáo ở trường mầm non muốn có hiệu quả cao cần có sự kết hợp của nhiều yếu tố như các chính sách, chương trình dự án về dinh dưỡng, giáo viên, trẻ, gia đình, cơ sở vật chất cho chăm sóc và giáo dục trẻ. Trong các yếu tố đó, giáo viên đóng vai trò chính, là người truyền tải thông điệp giáo dục dinh dưỡng đến trẻ ở trường mầm non.
