Tóm tắt

Chiến lược phát triển của đất nước về giáo dục được xác định trong Hội nghị Trung ương Đảng lần thứ hai khóa VIII (tháng 12 năm 1996), Đảng ta đã khẳng định: “Thực sự coi giáo dục - đào tạo, là quốc sách hàng đầu”. Trong các lĩnh vực đào tạo đại học Mỹ thuật ứng dụng đang tiến tới quá trình tự chủ, trong đó mô hình liên kết gắn lý thuyết với thực tiễn, gắn trường học với các cơ sở kinh doanh sản xuất để đôi bên cùng có lợi, đạt được hiệu quả thiết thực trong giáo dục, đồng thời đáp ứng nhu cầu của xã hội. Mục đích chính của nghiên cứu là đề xuất mô hình đào tạo gắn với nhu cầu doanh nghiệp và làm rõ những tiềm năng hợp tác giữa giáo dục thiết kế và doanh nghiệp. Nghiên cứu được thực hiện dựa trên các dự án thực tập của sinh viên tại doanh nghiệp sản xuất, với sự tham gia của các bên liên quan bao gồm: các nhà giáo dục, chủ doanh nghiệp, các nhà thiết kế và nghệ nhân, thảo luận các yếu tố cần thiết khuyến khích và phổ biến mô hình này. Kết quả nghiên cứu thu được minh chứng tiềm năng hợp tác đào tạo giữa trường đại học và doanh nghiệp là rất lớn, góp phần thúc đẩy chất lượng mô hình đào tạo gắn thực tiễn của ngành Mỹ thuật ứng dụng.
