Tóm tắt

Chất lượng nguồn nhân lực sau đào tạo Đại học ở Việt Nam là một vấn đề thực sự đáng quan tâm. Ngoài những thành tựu thì chất lượng đào tạo còn nhiều tồn tại. Vậy làm thế nào để nâng cao chất lượng giáo dục Đại học trong bối cảnh hội nhập hiện nay? Tác giả đã sử dụng phương pháp nghiên cứu tài liệu thứ cấp, phương pháp chuyên gia để tập trung phân tích những ưu điểm và hạn chế của giáo dục Đại học ở Việt Nam. Từ đó, tác giả nêu ra những giải pháp để nâng cao chất lượng giáo dục Đại học trong bối cảnh hội nhập. Giải pháp tập trung chủ yếu vào vấn đề nâng cao chất lượng giảng viên, hiện đại hoá cơ sở vật chất, sự kết nối thực tế phù hợp với điều kiện của cuộc cách mạng công nghiệp 4.0. Nếu các cơ sở giáo dục Đại học thực hiện tốt các giải pháp phân tích trong bài viết này thì nhất định chất lượng giáo dục Đại học ở Việt Nam sẽ xứng tầm với xu thế hội nhập hiện nay.
