Tóm tắt
Nghiên cứu nhằm khảo sát thực trạng sử dụng thuốc điều trị đái tháo đường týp 2 dạng uống tại Bệnh viện Nội tiết Nghệ An. Phương pháp nghiên cứu mô tả cắt ngang trên 96 bệnh án của tất cả bệnh nhân đái tháo đường týp 2 ngoại trú được chẩn đoán bệnh lần đầu tại Bệnh viện Nội tiết Nghệ An được lưu tại Khoa Khám bệnh từ tháng 02 năm 2023 đến tháng 05 năm 2023. Kết quả cho thấy, danh mục thuốc điều trị đái tháo đường týp 2 trên bệnh nhân: Biguanid (metformin) chiếm tỷ lệ cao nhất là 91,67%, tiếp theo là nhóm sulfonylureas (gliclazid) chiếm 66,67%, nhóm thuốc ức chế DPP – 4i (vildagliptin) chiếm 6,25% và thấp nhất là nhóm phối hợp metformin và vildagliptin chiếm 2,08%. Các phác đồ được chỉ định bao gồm: Phác đồ 1 thuốc (37,50%), phác đồ phối hợp 2 thuốc (56,25%), phác đồ phối hợp 3 thuốc (6,25%). Trong đó, số bệnh nhân được chỉ định phác đồ hợp lý là 94/96 bệnh nhân (97,92%).
