Tóm tắt

Bài báo này tập trung vào việc phát triển hệ thống đăng ký và quản lý cho phong trào Sinh viên 5 tốt tại trường Đại học Cần Thơ, với mục tiêu đánh giá nhu cầu, thực trạng và đề xuất các giải pháp nhằm thúc đẩy sự phát triển toàn diện của sinh viên. Nghiên cứu áp dụng phương pháp hỗn hợp, kết hợp giữa phân tích lý thuyết và thu thập dữ liệu qua khảo sát từ số lượng lớn sinh viên, sau đó phân tích dữ liệu để xác định nhu cầu và thách thức để từ đó đề xuất một hệ thống quản lý tích hợp. Kết quả cho thấy sự cần thiết của việc áp dụng mô hình quản lý MBO (Management by Objectives) và ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) để cải thiện quy trình quản lý và hỗ trợ sinh viên đạt được các tiêu chuẩn của "Sinh viên 5 tốt". Nghiên cứu kết luận rằng, việc triển khai một hệ thống quản lý không chỉ góp phần thúc đẩy phong trào “Sinh viên 5 tốt” phát triển hiệu quả mà còn góp phần quan trọng vào việc nâng cao chất lượng giáo dục và phát triển toàn diện cho sinh viên tại trường Đại học Cần Thơ.
