Hoang Dang (Fibraureatinctoria Lour) is a precious medicinal plant distributed naturally in most midland and mountainous provinces. Their body and roots play important roles in prevention of the intestinal disease, and are materials to extract Palmatin used medicinally for intestinal remedies. Nowadays, Fibraureatinctoria Lour trees have been absolutely exploited, so it is necessary to plant artificially. However, plant propagation techniques have not been intensively conducted. Therefore, the aim of this study was to conduct propagation techniques of Fibraureatinctoria Lour by stem cuttings. The results showed that IAA affected the highest rooting rate at the concentration of 1,500 ppm compared with IBA and NAA, indicating that IAA stimulated the root growth of Fibraureatinctoria Lour. Aging of the cuttings affected the rooting rate when treated with the same root stimulator, concentration and time. Propagation from adult trees by cuttings obtained the highest rooting rate by approximately 66.66%. Young trees can grow fast and survive with ingredient of 80% soil, 15% manure and 5% NPK. After 20 weeks, the survival rate was 94.67%. Insect pests and diseases were not observed during planting the young trees.
