BUILDING THE THEORY OF INTEGRITY OF SATISFACTION IN THE WORK OF LABORERS AT THAI NGUYEN TRAFFIC TRADING AND MANAGEMENT JOINT STOCK COMPANY

This paper aims to develop a theoretical framework for exploring the main factors affecting the job satisfaction of workers at Thai Nguyen Transportation and Construction Management Joint Stock Company. The author uses an analytical-synthesis approach to inherit valuable findings from previous national and international studies that combining the adjustments and additions for the object of study are workersin the enterprises. The results suggest that there are seven variables that affect employee job satisfaction: income, working conditions, wellbeing, opportunities for training and advancement, leadership, co-workers, and compliance with company policies, goals, and culture.
