Abstract


Wages expenses in the banking system in general and Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Foreign Trade of Vietnam (Vietcombank) in particular consist of 2 parts: Basic wages (V1.01) and business wages (V1.02). To improve efficiency in the evaluation of the work quality of staff at Vietcombank Transaction Deparment “The system of management support in scoring staff at Vietcombank Transaction Deparment” has been studied and developed to meet the above requirements. The system includes three main functions: To manage the average score of staffs to decide wages at work; to manage scores of payments/ transaction employees and to manage capital raising. The system has been designed and installed by default under the decentralization of staff positions in the unit. In this article, the authors would recommend readers the staff grading management function at Vietcombank Transaction Department.
