Abstract


In the teaching program of the bachelor's degree program in Primary Education of Thai Nguyen University of Education, pedagogical training is always considered the "main" axis. All teaching and educational activities of the training program revolve around this work. Therefore, research on pedagogical training for students of the Faculty of Primary Education of Thai Nguyen University of Education is necessary, in order to improve the quality of teaching to meet the educational innovation requirements proposed by the Party and State. The article uses theoretical research methods to analyze and systematize documents on pedagogical training to build a theoretical basis for the problem; Combined with educational investigation methods to find out the current status of training program content, actual teaching and learning of pedagogical training modules, from there, propose measures to improve the effectiveness of pedagogical training of the Faculty of Primary Education. The research results of the article can ensure the quality of pedagogical training at the Faculty of Primary Education - Thai Nguyen University of Education, meeting the needs of society.
