APPLICATION OF INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY AND ELECTRONIC TOTAL STATION SURVEYING TO, ESTABLISHED CADASTRA MAPS OF VAN LANG COMMUNE, YEN BINH DISTRICT, YEN BAI PROVINCE

Abstract

The practice of cadastral maps establishment for Van Lang Commune, Yen Binh District, Yen Bai Province was carried out to create a set of cadastral maps and uniform map scale, complete paper and digital map forms covering all along the 364 commune boundary managed in accordance with the system of the National Coordinates VN2000; After surveying and revising all area of Van Lang commune, the following results were obtained: Setting up a control grid including 03 cadastral points and 89 theodolite grid points; The total number of the commune’s cadastral maps was 77 sheets, including 53 sheets with the scale of 1/1000; 18 sheets with the scale of  1/2000 and 08 sheets with the scale of 1/5000. These maps were measured, processed and edited on MicroStation and FAMIS software with good results. The maps and cadastral records are the refrence for land allocation, land lease, land-use change, land registration, issuance of land use certificates and building of databases, etc.
