Abstract

This research aims to find solutions for developing private enterprises in Lam Dong province in the current digital economy. The research is based on secondary data collected from the Lam Dong Provincial Statistics Office’s statistical figures on the number of enterprises, registered capital, and number of employees of the enterprises. The main analytical method is descriptive statistics of the factors influencing business development. The results show that the growth of mainly enterprises is still quantity-driven rather than quality-driven, with indicators exhibiting stability and sustainability not yet being truly optimistic. Specifically, the scale of the enterprise is still small, using a small number of laborers, and the businesses are not yet sustainable, causing increasing environmental pollution. The research results serve as a foundation for proposing policies and solutions to enhance the effectiveness of operations for private businesses in Lam Dong province.
