Dendrobium anosmum Lindl is the valuable wild orchid which cultivated in Vietnam. In this study, fruit of D. anosmum Lindl was sterilized to provide aseptic initial in vitro. The results showed that surface of fruit was sterilized by 1% (v/v) NaOCl solution in 10 minutes for effective disinfection. Seeds of orchid shown good germination on MS + 30 grs/l sucrose + 7 grs/l agar. After 12 weeks, capability of in vitro shoot multiplication was the highest (4.71 shoots) on MS + 30 grs/l sucrose + 7 grs/l agar + 10% CW and 1.5 mg/l BAP + 0.2 mg/l NAA. The highest frequency of roots (5.29 roots/shoot) was observed in the MS medium supplemented with 30 grs/l sucrose + 7 grs/l agar and 0.7 mg/l NAA after 6 weeks. Seedlings are grown on coconut fiber at 50% shading mode to light and irrigation misting after 6 weeks more green and hard trees high survival rate.
