Abstract

The Communist Party of Vietnam's policies on perfecting land management institutions in the reform period, especially in the period of promoting industrialization and modernization of the country, not only contributes to the protection, management and use sustainable, effective and economical national resources, but also demonstrates our Party's interest in land management - one of the important issues promoting socio-economic development, bringing our country to sustainable development towards socialism and international integration. The article uses historical methods, logical methods, analysis, comparison and synthesis methods to research and clarify breakthroughs in the Party's policies on perfecting land management institutions through stages (1986 - 2000), (2001 - 2013). From there, we can see that the development of the Party's thinking on perfecting land management institutions is correct, creative, and consistent with reality.
