THE PARTY'S EXPERIENCES IN RESOLVING THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN SOCIO - ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AND PROTECTION OF RESOURCES - ENVIRONMENT IN THE PERIOD OF 2011 - 2020

Abstract

Implementing the Communist Party's of Vietnam policies on harmoniously resolving the relationship between socio-economic development and natural resources and environmental protection in the period of promoting industrialization and modernization, especially in the years 2011 - 2020, has contributed to bringing the country to sustainable development and leaving important experiences in the current period. The article uses historical, logical, analytical and synthetic methods to systematize the Party's policy on socio-economic development combined with protection of natural resources and environment, study and clarify the content of the Party's experiences in resolving the relationship between socio-economic development and natural resources and environmental protection. The experiences include the correct awareness of the unity between socio-economic development and natural resources and environmental protection in the Party's policy planning; promoting the management role of the State; creating social consensus, and raising the responsibility of individuals and organizations to implement the Party's policy. These experience are still valid for the sustainable development of the country.
