Abstract

Adolescent reproductive health is one of the important factors that determine the quality of the population and the quality of human resources of each country. In particular, the care and sharing of parents play an important role in the formation of children's psychology, awareness and behavior on reproductive health. Using the qualitative method to collect information in the field site (deep interview and group discussion), in year 2023 and 2024, the author conducted a study on the current situation of parents educating their children about reproductive health in Dong Mo town, Chi Lang district, Lang Son province. The results of this study reflect the views, the levels and the methods of parents’ reproductive health for their adolescents. The article hopes to contribute more data showing the current situation of parents' reproductive health education for their adolescents in mountainous and ethnic minority areas; on that basis, propose appropriate recommendations and solutions.
