Abstract


This article analyzes the integration of ChatGPT into management and teaching in private schools in Vietnam. ChatGPT has brought numerous benefits to educational management, including the automation of administrative processes, support in decision-making, and improved communication between schools, teachers, parents, and students. In teaching, this tool helps personalize the learning process, provides materials, and supports students more flexibly. However, the implementation of ChatGPT still faces many challenges, such as limitations in technological infrastructure, a lack of technological skills among teachers, and policy barriers. To optimize the effectiveness of ChatGPT’s application, strong investment in infrastructure, teacher training, and the development of clear policies are needed. The article also proposes solutions to help the private school system fully leverage the potential of ChatGPT, thereby improving the quality of teaching and learning in the context of educational modernization.
