Abstract


The “dual training” model is a model of 30% basic theoretical and practical training at school with guidance from experts at school, 70% practical training in the enterprise with guidance from experts on real equipment and production lines in the enterprise. The article aims to study the feasibility of applying the "dual training" model to training at LILAMA2 International Technology College to meet business needs. The research team used theoretical and practical research methods. The research results show that applying this model to vocational training at LILAMA2 International Technology College is appropriate and highly effective. At the same time, it also shows the issues that need attention in the process of applying the "dual training" model to training. From there, the article proposed a number of solutions to improve the effectiveness of applying the "dual training" model to training at LILAMA2 International Technology College and the possibility of applying this model in vocational training.
