Data analysis and data processing is one of the issues that many and many scientists are concerned about. From the statistics we analyze to obtain useful information for the user and at the same time forecast future data is one of the problems that many scientists have been interested in. To solve this problem, recently people have been interested in computational methods combined with Geographic Information Systems (GIS) for statistical analysis and forecasting. In this paper, we introduce a novel model based on the combination between semi-supervised fuzzy clustering and GIS applied into analyzing and predicting problem. In which, semi-supervised fuzzy clustering is used to analyze the given statistics data and GIS is used to predict the data in the near future. On the basis of the new model, we experimented with the actual data on some indicators of agricultural production in Thai Nguyen.
